As part of our apprentice training programme, a joint event takes place every year - as a thank you for commitment and good performance. This year, our apprentices were able to experience a varied day: After an exciting factory tour at AAT Lichtenwörth, we continued on to engage in archery in Wöllersdorf, before ending the day with a cosy dinner together.
During the guided tour by Johannes Zusag, Competence Center Manager at AAT, the apprentices were given exciting insights into the mechanical production of conveyor systems - components that are later electrified and further processed in our company. This created a tangible link between theory, production and their own tasks.
Accuracy meets team spirits
Full concentration, calm and precision were required for the subsequent archery session. On the 3D course, the apprentices supported and cheered each other on.
Strengthening body and mind
The day ended with a joint meal, which provided time to reflect on the experiences. The group was accompanied by Johannes Zusag and Josef Wagner.
Role of the apprentice coach
"As an apprentice coach, I accompany our young talents on their way to becoming skilled workers. The aim is to build a bridge between day-to-day company training and vocational school - and to prepare the apprentices in the best possible way for their apprenticeship qualification and their future tasks," says Josef Wagner, Knowledge Manager at BT-Systems GmbH.
Most recently being awarded the title of Top Training Company by the Chamber of Commerce emphasises the quality of our apprenticeship training. Special thanks go to the management, which makes such activities possible and thus appreciates the commitment of our apprentices and trainers.
