What began as a successful collaboration with external partners is now an integral part of BT-Systems: Since autumn 2025, our team in Poland has been operating officially under the BT-Systems banner. The Polish branch was established in early October 2025 with ten employees. The site is located in Wągrowiec, some 70 kilometres north-east of Poznań. The branch is now part of BT-Systems and strengthens our technical expertise.
Technical expertise and specialisation
The Polish team brings fresh technical expertise to the BT-Systems family and supports our projects in the fields of design, steel construction and recycling technology. It finds it particularly exciting to work on a wide range of international projects that foster close collaboration across national borders.
A team with a strong sense of unity and responsibility
The six-strong team of technicians is characterised by strong team spirit, a very positive atmosphere and a strong sense of duty. It is particularly important to our colleagues that deadlines are met reliably and that we work together to find solutions – even when faced with challenging tasks. Based at this site are Andrzej Tischer, our Polish Sales Manager, and three service technicians, who are managed centrally by the head office.
The fact that integration into BT-Systems has already been a resounding success was evident not least at the autumn festival in Austria, where everyone celebrated, laughed and forged new connections together.
